    Mô Tả Công Việc
    I. Job Purpose:
    In charge of categories’ performance in terms of assortment, pricing, display, other incomes in order to maximize sales and profit.

    II. Job accountabilities:
    1. Category Management

    • Monitor and analyze the category performance in number of assortments, new products, sales, profit then develop and implement action plans to grow the category based on strategy.
    • Conduct frequent market research/ study report (AC Nielson) for new products and pricing.... to ensure range selection meet customer needs.
    • Define strategy and action plans to meet sales and profittargets.

    2. Promotion

    • Follow the promotion plan, plan monthly promotions/events.
    • Deal with supplier for the best promotion supports based on campaigns.
    • Make sure sufficient stocks and proper POSM during promotion time.

    3. Supplier Management

    • Source for more suppliers and new products following company’s strategy on category growth and company’s policy.
    • Negotiate with suppliers on the trading terms.
    • Work daily with suppliers in terms of stock/pricing/promotion/branding.

    4. Branding

    • Coordinate with Promotion and Display Manager to call for branding activities from suppliers at stores.
    • Maximize the branding incomes to reach category budget.

    III. Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Retail merchandising, at least 3 years at the same position.
    • Good command of English and computer skills.
    • Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.
    • Outstanding communication skills.
    • Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
